304. Free Download detailed CAD drawings of townhouse stairs

These two CAD drawings detail the staircase design for a multi-story townhouse.

The first drawing includes three staircase plans: “Basement – Ground Floor Stair Plan” (MB THANG TẦNG HẦM – TRỆT), “Ground Floor – First Floor Stair Plan” (MB THANG TẦNG TRỆT – LẦU 1), and “First Floor – Rooftop Terrace Stair Plan” (MB THANG LẦU 1 – SÂN THƯỢNG). Each plan shows the U-shaped layout of the staircase, overall dimensions of the stairwell (e.g., 4150mm x 2500mm), flight width, landing size, and the number of steps for each level (e.g., 17, 25, and 22 steps). Floor elevations such as ±0.000, +4.000, and +7.400 are clearly noted.
The second drawing provides a detailed longitudinal section of the staircase (“Staircase Details” – CHI TIẾT CẦU THANG), showing its connection across the floors. It illustrates the rise and run of the stairs, the thickness of the floor slabs, and the overall height between floors. An important detail is the “Stair Nosing Detail Scale 1/10” (CHI TIẾT MŨI BẬC TL 1/10), which shows finishing material layers such as granite, mortar underlayment, and concrete. These technical drawings use Vietnamese and provide complete dimensional information for construction purposes.
