Plot command in AutoCAD – Print the 3D drawing

The way to use Plot command in AutoCAD.
The order of printing a drawing is as follows:
1. Start the command: File Plot…. The dialog box Plot appears
2. In the dialog box Plot, under Printer/Plotter, select a printer from the list
3. Under Paper Size, select a paper size from the list
4. Under Number of Copies, enter number of copies to print (optional)
5. Under Plot Area, specify the drawing area to print.
6. Under Plot Scale, select a scale from the list.

Plot command in AutoCAD – Print the 3D drawing

1. For additional options, press More Options, the dialog box will extend
2. Under Plot Style Table (Pen Assignments), select a printing style from the list table Name, (optional)
3. Under Shaded Viewport Options and Plot Options, select the suitable establishments (optional)

Note the printing label in the process and not save with the drawing.

Under Drawing Orientation, select a printing orientation (Lanscape: the long side of the drawing is the orientation; Portrait: the short side of the drawing is the orientation)

Press OK.
