Union command AutoCAD – The command to plus Regions
Union command AutoCAD is the command to plus Regions. The way to use the command as below:
- Command line: Union
- Menu: Modify/ Solids editings – Union…
This command allows uniting Regions (defined). If Regions intersect, the lines inside intersection region will be deleted.

To get the pattern drawing as above picture, the order to do as below:
Draw rectangles, circles and ellipses by normal commands.
Open Region command to create 5 Region objects
Open Union command – mark all 5 Region objects to create the pattern drawing
