Based on the image you provided, this CAD drawing is a detailed section view of a Gypsum Board Ceiling integrated with a Stretch Fabric/Soft Film Ceiling system featuring recessed LED lighting.

1. Suspension System Structure

  • The entire ceiling system is hung from the concrete slab above using:
  • ϕ8 Hot-dip Galvanized All-thread Rod: Used to hang the entire keel system.
  • V-Clip Main Keel (@ ≤1200mm Spacing): The main load-bearing runner for the gypsum board structure.
  • C50$\times$20 Light-gauge Steel Stud/Keel (@ ≤400mm Spacing): The secondary supporting studs for the ceiling structure.

2. Edge and Lighting Details

  • Gypsum Board & Finish: The upper ceiling plane is constructed with 9.5mm Gypsum Board and finished with Inorganic Coating.
  • Decorative Edge Panel: An 18mm Magnesium Crystal Board is used to form the side edge of the light box, fixed to an H-Section Keel.
  • LED Lighting: Concealed LED Strip Lights are installed above the translucent film with a spacing of @ 150mm to ensure uniform light distribution.
  • Void Space: A dedicated void space (shown as 200mm deep) is maintained to house the LED strips and allow for light diffusion.

3. Translucent Film Ceiling Section

  • The bottom layer is the A-Grade Translucent Soft Film (Stretch Fabric), the primary material that provides the smooth, uniform illuminated surface.
  • Perimeter Keel (Edge Trim): Used to securely anchor the soft film along the edges.
