616. Concrete Paving Construction Details – Free DWG CAD Template Download

This CAD drawing illustrates a structural cross-section detail of cast-in-place concrete paving with a precast concrete tile band, at a 1:10 scale, for application on an earth subgrade.

The detail reveals the top layer as a 200x200x40mm thick precast tile banding with a smooth finish and a tough edge. Beneath this lies a 100mm thick cast-in-place concrete slab, reinforced with A193 welded wire fabric (W.W.F.) and incorporating a score joint. A polyethylene moisture barrier is positioned between the concrete and the compacted subgrade below. This detail clearly shows the material layer composition and the installation of the precast tile band at the paving edge, with the tile recessed into the concrete. The 200mm dimension indicates the width of the tile band area.
