The way to overcome in printing CAD drawing with opaque lines and text (How to print clearly in CAD): To print an AutoCAD drawing out on paper purely, you just do some simple manipulations. Normally, most of you learn the way to overcome very complicated which takes long time. It is that you create new Plot Style Table then edit color and linewidth => this takes long time, and some users can make mistakes. Below, we would like to give you a quicker and more exact way. Reason for being opaque: Because in drawing you put layer with different colors assigned to object => with black and white print, printer will recognize black and white (or bold colors) better. Apart from that, it is also because of impact of print power, linewidth…

The way to overcome is as follows:

Step 1: You open CAD file to print and click the right mouse at model => select page setup manager….

Step 2: In page setup manager dialog box, you select modify

Page setup-model dialog box appears

Step 3: At page setup-model dialog box, in Plot style table section => you select monochrome.ctb => this regime will print lines following to black and white.

Step 4: In fact, at step 3, you can get lines back, but to be more careful, you edit more style monochrome to get power of print line (advanced) by pressing the pencil icon => Go to dialog box plot style table editor – monochrome => select Edit lineweights.

Normally, all color layers is 0.18, except layer number 11 you select 0.35
